Refund policy

PRODUCTS

Fresh flowers and plants are perishable, so we're unable to accept returns on these items. Personalised or custom orders also cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@shilpa-reddy.live within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@shilpa-reddy.live. Returns should be sent to: Roseur, 112 Lower Stable Street, King's Cross, London N1C 4DR. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some extra time for your bank to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@shilpa-reddy.live.

WORKSHOP BOOKINGS

Workshops require advance preparation and materials, so they have their own cancellation policy.

  • 14 days or more before the workshop: full refund, or free transfer to another available session
  • 7–13 days before the workshop: 50% refund, or full credit towards a future workshop
  • Less than 7 days before the workshop: non-refundable. You may transfer your place to another person at no extra cost; just email us their name.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

CORPORATE & PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS

  • Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Payment by invoice is available on request.
  • 14 days or more before the event: full refund, or free transfer to another available date
  • 7–13 days before the event: 50% refund, or full credit towards a future workshop
  • Less than 7 days before the event: non-refundable
  • For on-site workshops, travel within London is included. We ask that suitable tables and access to the space are provided from 1 hour before the start time.
